How to vote :

2. Fill the form,
- 年齢 : your age
- 性別 : your gender
- 住所 : address. But actually no option for gaijin so just select one whichever you want
- Where did you know this music awards from : choose one (ex. Twitter)
- メールアドレス : your email
- メールマガジン (mail magazine) is it okay if us sending a mail magazine related to the award; はい (yes), いいえ (no) : select one
- 希望するプレゼント (present do you want) : whatever just select one
- select "同意する" below the form and hit 次へ進む button
- and then VOTE for YUI. (We must atleast vote for 2 categories)
- pray and hope YUI will win this
